Meraque Group Sdn Bhd (MERAQUE) is a local drone and robotics company that develops innovative solutions in the agricultural and plantation sectors, particularly in the local palm oil industry. With local skills and talent, MERAQUE has successfully developed the first hybrid drone technology in Malaysia and locally produced autonomous robots that are currently used and supported by users such as government-linked companies (GLCs) and major plantation companies both within and outside of the country. Recently, MERAQUE had launched Malaysia's first Autonomous Ground Vehicle (AGV) designed for complex agricultural environments, named the Robotic Agro in Complex Environment (RACE). RACE was launched on 21 Sept 2023 by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, YB Datuk Seri Mohamad Bin Sabu during the Malaysia International Agriculture Technology Exhibition (AGMY 2023) at the Setia City Convention Centre, Setia Alam.
